Tony G. Jester
Tony G. Jester, age 56, of Ossian, died at 10:00 a.m. Sunday (April 24, 2016) at his home.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2016 in Feighner Cemetery in Huntington County with Pastor Steve Whetstone officiating.
Preferred memorials are to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, in care of Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, Indiana, 46750.
Tony was born on March 17, 1960 in Huntington, the son of Thomas G. and Lucinda L. (Hitzfield) Jester. He graduated from Norwell High School in 1978 and graduated from Purdue University with a Masters degree in Computer Engineering. He worked at Hewlett Packard and Compaq Computers, both in Dallas, Texas and at Hughes Aircraft in Tucson, Arizona. He had an interest in space and he enjoyed restoring antiques. His dogs were his life.
Survivors include his parents - Thomas and Lucinda Jester of Ossian; and three sisters - Darlene L. Jester of Bluffton and Melissa L. Tolson and Teresa D. Haiflich, both of Ossian.
